Facebook redesigns – when will they stop?

There seems to be a very big trend at the moment of completely overhauling and updating the look and feel of your brand or website. Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Youtube, Google and many more have all put some time and effort into updating their offerings within the last year. However many of these design updates were long overdue and arose from a shift in technology, which is allowed I suppose. But Facebook hasn’t stopped changing it’s look since 2005, when it first hit the World Wide Web.
